May Day Long Beach Concert reviews
Left Us on a High Note
After searching for 40 minutes, we never found our reserved parking spot on Mangum Street, but we easily found the State Farm Arena. We got inside and realized we were hungry, so we decided to grab some burgers, which cost us $50. The view from our seats in the 240 section was much better than I expected. During the whole program, the crowd remained rapt as May Day's singing became more forceful and mesmerizing. May Day's son Matteo, daughter Virginia, and vocalist Heather Headley also delivered additional performances. The audience went wild when May Day came on stage. The experience was made even better by the excellent acoustics and attentive staff at the venue. We also met another driver who had the same parking predicament. All in all, it was a memorable evening at the State Farm Arena. Well done!
